The thought was one of the first that Lord El-Melloi II had when he was summoned to Chaldea. In all the anger at the situation, the possibility of Iskandar being summoned had helped him get through and truly come to terms with the new reality he was living with. The changes that would go hand-in-hand with Iskandar's pressence, those were things that he refused to think about.

"...So just...you just wanted to go with being a person..." he trailed off, thinking of what Rider's meeting of the three kings was like. It suggested the kind of person that, like Saber, had not had such an opportunity in life - and unlike Saber, wanted to embrace that opportunity. He sat there for a few moments, then nodded. Not in approval, but more to himself to show that he could understand that wish.

"That explains a few things about you when we first met." There was the threat of a wry smile on his lips.
